My Favorite Breakfast

Waffles with honey syrup, chopped bananas and whip cream.

HONEY SYRUP
1.5 Cups Honey
1/2 Stick of Butter
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg

Melt together in a double broiler on the stove.  We use a glass pyrex bowl set over a pot of boiling water. Transfer to a pretty, table worthy, pour-able container. Mmmmmmmm syrup.
